The team is tasked with uncovering high-potential investment ideas. The fundamentals are screened to identify companies with a competitive edge in their respective markets

ASSESS

Investments passing the review phase are assigned to our research analysts. A thorough investigation is conducted to ascertain if the company’s fundamentals are likely to be sustained or improved upon. Multiple sources are consulted including paid-for research from leading firms. Following rigorous debate, a final verdict is reached by the investment committee to establish whether inclusion into our investible universe is warranted.

APPRAISE

Once an attractive investment has been identified it is appraised to ascertain if a promising company translates into a promising investment opportunity. Our internal valuation model is premised on purchasing compounding cash flows at a price below what is justified by the growth potential, after incorporating a margin of safety.

TRACK

Price action of the investment is monitored daily on Highway along with company fundamentals, changes to the original valuation assumptions and, ultimately, if the investment still offers attractive return potential for our clients.
