Founded in 2011, High Street is an independent, owner-managed investment firm. We are offshore-focused and manage funds based locally and abroad. The firm was established by industry veteran Mike Patchitt after several individuals asked to invest alongside him, drawn to the way he managed his own capital. The enduring promise of “whatever I do for myself, I will do for you” and the continued support of these early backers, ensures our interests remain firmly aligned with those of our clients.
High Street applies a genuinely active investment approach enabling clients to enhance diversification within their portfolios. We strive to continue delivering consistent outperformance through a unified, proven process.*

With the rise of index tracking, and other rules-based strategies, pushing management fees closer to the zero bound, the ability of active managers to consistently outperform their passive alternatives is declining. Investors are rightfully questioning the role of benchmark-aligned active managers in their portfolios.
High Street offers a range of equity and multi-asset funds with distinct investment objectives designed to capture structural market opportunities. Portfolio construction is based on conviction and contribution towards exceeding clearly defined return objectives. As such, our funds do not typically move in tandem with others, providing useful diversification benefits to complement investor portfolios.
While differentiation is the hallmark of our offering, High Street’s purpose is to consistently generate superior returns for our clients over the long term, relative to both active and passive alternatives. Our internal investment process, HighWayTM, is the engine driving these ambitions.
Alpha is the measurement of each fund’s performance against its peers. Generating consistent, positive alpha for our clients over the long term is the primary metric on which we expect to be assessed.
''A clear focus on alpha and diversification.''
Note: Passive and active funds are combined in the peer comparisons above. Investors are encouraged to review our performance to comparable active or passive peers to assess if we could add value to your portfolio.

“High Street is very different in scale from when it started, but the principles behind it are the same. Our focus remains on being a careful steward of client capital, thinking long term, and building relationships that last.”
Mike Patchitt, Founder & CEO
Sport has played a massive role in uniting our country and we believe it still has a lot more to offer. It is a privilege to contribute in collectively building something that we’re proud of and it is in this vane that we introduce Tailwinds. It is our social initiative that awards deserving nominees with necessary contributions to advance their sporting or educational journeys.
It is with pride that High Street can assist, in small ways, to level the playing field and support our future stars.
